Jenine Toback brings over 15 years of experience in human resources and a deep background in education and leadership development to her role as Employee Experience Director. With a B.S. and M.A. in Education, along with an HR Generalist Certificate, Jenine plays a central role in helping Resolute attract, select, and support the right people — offering clear guidance, strategic insight, and a deep understanding of what makes teams thrive.

Throughout her career, Jenine has interviewed thousands of candidates and has developed a keen eye for identifying team members who align with Resolute’s values and culture. She is trained in Culture Index, Kolbe, and CliftonStrengths, tools she uses to help leaders and teams better understand themselves and work together more effectively.

Her expertise in employee engagement and talent development has earned her recognition on a global stage. As a guest lecturer featured by Channel 3, she was invited to speak at the Vatican in Rome on Navigating Our Workforce: Strategy, Specialization & Leadership in a Post-Covid World, highlighting her thought leadership in workforce strategy and retention.
