Deanna brings a strong blend of business operations, project management, and cross-functional leadership to her role at Resolute. She holds an associate’s degree in Criminal Justice and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, and Sociology from Southern Connecticut State University. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Finance at Southern New Hampshire University, further strengthening her ability to make data-informed, fiscally responsible decisions that support the needs of our practices.

Her background in criminal justice shaped her focus on regulatory awareness, ethical decision-making, and process accountability—traits that now inform her leadership in facilities and compliance management.

Deanna joined Coastal Connecticut Dentistry in 2018 and quickly stood out for her ability to streamline operations and improve efficiencies. She was promoted to Executive Assistant, where she supported strategic initiatives across the organization. Recognizing her talent for managing complex, multi-site projects—especially those involving facilities and technology—Dr. Gregory Toback encouraged her to take on a broader leadership role.

Today, Deanna oversees facilities operations across Resolute’s entire network. Her responsibilities include regulatory compliance, vendor and service contract management, capital improvement planning, and the integration of emerging technologies—all aimed at ensuring our physical spaces are functional, safe, and built to support long-term growth.

With a background in property management and an active real estate license, Deanna brings added expertise in leasing strategy, infrastructure planning, and indemnity insurance. These skills help her take a proactive, thoughtful approach to facility planning and execution.
