Austin Toback serves as Resolute Dental Partners’ Director of Business Development, where he leads efforts to identify growth opportunities, build strategic plans, and strengthen the organization’s long-term trajectory. Working closely with operations, marketing, and finance, Austin uses a data-driven approach to develop actionable strategies that align with Resolute’s mission and support practice-level and organizational success.

Since joining Resolute in 2019 as an Accounts Payable and Project Manager, Austin has grown into a cross-functional leader with a clear understanding of how strategy, execution, and adaptability intersect. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he played a key role in securing and managing disaster relief funding, while helping monitor the financial health of the organization during a time of significant uncertainty. That experience—and the insight gained while earning his MBA from Quinnipiac University—now informs the way he works across departments to design growth initiatives and drive sustainable results.

Austin holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in History from the University of Connecticut and an MBA with a concentration in strategy. He has lectured at national and academic platforms, including the American Academy of Periodontology and the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, where he advised residents on how to objectively evaluate job opportunities post-graduation.

In addition to strategic planning, Austin leads doctor recruitment efforts and helps build a pipeline of strong clinical candidates to support the continued growth of our practices. He also supports mergers and acquisitions—forming strategic partnerships with practices that align with Resolute’s values and long-term vision.

A lifelong athlete and competitor, Austin brings the same discipline and drive that earned him all-state recognition in baseball and top-10 national rankings in collegiate rugby to his work at Resolute. Whether he’s analyzing operational data, evaluating a potential partnership, or coaching a team through a growth opportunity, Austin approaches every challenge with a mindset rooted in performance, accountability, and execution.
