She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Western Governors University and has over five years of experience in corporate dentistry, including serving as a business manager at a local DSO prior to joining Resolute in 2023.

Cathryn began her journey with Resolute as an HR and Project Manager, where her ability to lead complex initiatives and streamline systems quickly became evident. With a strong foundation in operations and a passion for efficiency, she transitioned into a newly created role overseeing revenue cycle management across our practices.
