Dr. Daniel Rolotti is a board-certified periodontist and a clinical leader at Shoreline Periodontics in Middletown, CT. He is known for his precision in esthetic and reconstructive periodontics, dental implantology, laser-assisted periodontal therapy, and his compassionate care of anxious patients. His approach reflects Shoreline’s commitment to blending clinical excellence with innovation and empathy.

A native of Philadelphia, Dr. Rolotti earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama and his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 2013. After several years as a general dentist, his passion for complex surgical and restorative care led him to pursue advanced specialty training. He earned both a Certificate in Periodontics and a Master of Dental Science (M.D.Sc.) from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Rolotti is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and holds certifications in LANAP (Laser-Assisted New Attachment Procedure) and conscious sedation. As an adjunct professor at UConn School of Dental Medicine, he helps train the next generation of periodontists while staying engaged in the latest advancements in research and education.

Beyond the operatory, Dr. Rolotti is deeply involved in the business and leadership side of dentistry. As a lead doctor at Shoreline, he plays a pivotal role in strategic planning, growth initiatives, and mentoring clinical and administrative teams. Under his leadership, the Middletown location has grown significantly, thanks to his ability to cultivate strong referral relationships and build a culture of collaboration and performance.

He currently serves as President of the Middlesex Dental Society and is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology, Academy of Osseointegration, Connecticut Society of Periodontists, American Dental Association (ADA), and Connecticut State Dental Association (CSDA). He is also a regular volunteer with the Connecticut Mission of Mercy, reflecting his belief in expanding access to care and giving back to the community.
