She began her career as a dental assistant at Shoreline Periodontics and quickly advanced through roles as clinical coordinator, practice manager, and now serves as our Practice Operations Director. Her journey reflects her strong leadership, operational insight, and commitment to growth.

At Resolute, Denise is a key resource for business managers and clinical leaders, offering personalized support in day-to-day operations, efficiency strategies, and process improvements. She also plays a critical role in mentoring future leaders through initiatives like the Resolute Leadership Journey, a program she co-developed to elevate emerging talent across our practices.
