Dr. Stephanie Mastrota is a seasoned general dentist and former practice owner with over 35 years of experience delivering high-quality, comprehensive care. She brings a unique blend of clinical precision, aesthetic expertise, and business leadership to her role at Flanders Dental Studio, where she plays an integral role in both patient care and operational strategy.

After earning her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Villanova University, Dr. Mastrota went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1987. She built and led a successful private practice in Pennsylvania for more than two decades, where she developed a full-service care model focused on clinical excellence, workflow efficiency, and team development.

Her areas of expertise include advanced cosmetic and esthetic dentistry, clear aligner therapy, and full-mouth rehabilitation. She has completed extensive post-graduate training across disciplines and served as a clinical instructor with the Aesthetic Advantage program at New York University, helping other dentists refine their techniques and case presentation skills.

In addition to her work in private practice, Dr. Mastrota joined the U.S. Naval Reserve in 2011 as a Lieutenant, where she provided dental care as part of humanitarian missions around the world, including service in Morocco with the U.S. Marine Corps 4th Dental Battalion. Her work during Operation African Lion was recognized in Continental Marine Magazine.

At Flanders Dental Studio, Dr. Mastrota collaborates closely with the clinical and administrative teams to enhance treatment planning and support the long-term growth of the practice. Her deep clinical experience and strategic mindset allow her to support the practice with seasoned perspective, while continuing to refine systems that enhance both care delivery and operational efficiency.
